To be to access gate/doors using code

My name is William Ferguson. I rent 2D from Ms. Judy Henry.  I have been here for over 1 year.  About last October, my code to the gate/door stopped working.  My code is 404. I said something to Tina at the front desk and to Ms Judy.   Nothing changed.  I again mentioned it to Tina, and she tried to open the doors using my code but to no avail.  She said she placed a work order.  Immediately before Christmas I mentioned that it wasn’t working to Tina again, and she  said she placed a work order.  However, it still doesn’t work. Please help me rectify this problem or give me info on what to do.
